These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and KK8BET (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://kk8bet.cam and all related services, products, applications, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

KK8BET is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating under international licensing. The Company provides casino games, sports wagering, live dealer services, and associated promotional and loyalty programmes to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Registration and use of the Services is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The Company applies a strict 21+ minimum age policy in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards. You may be required to submit proof of age documentation at any time.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be subject to immediate closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
• No Prior Bans: You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by the Company or have received a self-exclusion from the Platform.
• Not a Company Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of KK8BET, or a close family member of any such person.

4.1 Registration

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted. You warrant that all information submitted during registration and any subsequent updates thereto is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify KK8BET immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You are obliged to ensure that your registered information remains current and accurate at all times. Updates to contact details, payment methods, or personal information must be submitted through the Account settings or, where required by the Company's compliance procedures, supported by documentation. The Company shall not be liable for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated Account information.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

KK8BET accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels, subject to availability in your jurisdiction: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; current minimums are displayed within the Account deposit interface.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time in most cases; processing times for certain methods may vary.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.
• Verified Accounts (those that have completed KYC) typically receive withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for supported methods during normal operating conditions.
• The Company may impose withdrawal holds pending KYC completion, fraud investigations, or bonus wagering requirement verification.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of prior KYC completion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Account withdrawal interface and are subject to change with notice.

5.4 Currency & Conversion

All Account balances, promotional credits, and transaction amounts are denominated in MYR by default. For cryptocurrency deposits, the MYR equivalent is calculated using the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of processing. KK8BET accepts no liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between deposit and withdrawal.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, loyalty rewards, and promotional offers made available through KK8BET are subject to the General Bonus Terms set out in this Section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and are published in the promotion terms. Sports bets, live casino games, slots, and table games may carry different contribution percentages.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While Bonus Funds are present in your Account, the maximum single bet or stake permitted is specified per promotion. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Withdrawal of Real Funds While Bonus Active: Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The KK8BET welcome bonus is available to new registered players making their first qualifying deposit. Multiple welcome bonus options are available (including Standard, Magnificent, Esports, and Cryptocurrency deposit variants), each with distinct bonus percentages, maximum bonus amounts, minimum deposit requirements, and wagering requirements as published on the Platform. Eligibility for the welcome bonus is contingent upon verification of age and identity.

6.3 VIP Programme

Participation in the KK8BET VIP Programme is subject to meeting the applicable monthly turnover thresholds for each tier. Benefits, cashback rates, and tier-specific entitlements are described in the VIP Programme terms published on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restructure the VIP Programme with reasonable notice.

All bets placed through the KK8BET sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published on the Platform. The following general principles apply across all wagering activities:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted if the Player's Account does not hold sufficient Real Money Funds or qualifying Bonus Funds to cover the stake.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports betting, odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a unique bet reference is issued, the odds are locked for that transaction.
• Void Bets: The Company reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, incomplete events, or where a bet was placed in contravention of these Terms.
• Palpable Errors: Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous (e.g., due to a feed error or technical fault), the Company reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void the bet entirely.
• Sports Integrity: Any bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation may be voided. KK8BET cooperates with sports integrity bodies where required.

Specific rules for Asian Handicap markets, Mix Parlay combinations, Over-Under markets, live in-play betting, and individual casino games (including RNG slots, live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette) are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform as a Prohibited Person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one Account (whether personally or through third parties);
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud;
• Using automated bots, scripts, data scrapers, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or funding a third party's Account;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any transaction with your payment provider without first contacting KK8BET support;
• Using the Platform in a manner that could harm, disrupt, or overburden the infrastructure, security, or integrity of the Service.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of KK8BET or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, creation of derivative works, reverse engineering, or any other use of the Platform's content outside normal gameplay.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by KK8BET is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

KK8BET implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KK8BET and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. KK8BET makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Services. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider delays, and internet connectivity issues may from time to time affect Service availability.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

KK8BET reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of this Agreement; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or for operational, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of KYC.

Where an Account is terminated by the Company due to a breach of this Agreement or prohibited conduct, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance in full, including Real Money Funds, where permitted by applicable law.

KK8BET is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Platform. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a suite of tools and resources to help players remain in control of their activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss thresholds to automatically pause wagering once a defined net loss is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when they have been active for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of between thirty (30) days and permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During an active self-exclusion, the Platform will take reasonable steps to prevent Account access.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts remind players of time elapsed and cumulative wager amounts during a session.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licensing framework under which KK8BET operates. Nothing in this clause shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Services, you agree to first contact KK8BET's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The Company will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing body, except where prohibited by the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction.

KK8BET reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address on file or through a prominent notice published on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure.
